Why hasn't my claim processed?Hello, I have been trying to get ahold of someone for over a month regarding the claim on my phone. At this point, I just want to be refunded because I have not had any communication in a month regarding the status of my request.

I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I cannot get a hold of anybody.

Please contact me as soon as possible and leave a message with a call back number so I have a way to contact your office because your customer service line automatically goes to voicemail after a minute. I left messages on the voicemail and I have emailed the claims adjuster assisting me, but no one is responding.
