Esurranty has been my insurance company for the last year. I have had 2 claims with them and both claims were for a cracked screen. They were quick to give me a claim number. SInce i am in canada, i opted to take my phone to apple for repair and submit the reciept. I have sent half a dozen unanswered emails. It has been 3 months without any re-imbursement. Im glad i chose to bring my phone to apple myself .. it was fixed in a couple hours. Anonymous Absolutely right,they are fraud and we should complain n write about them .I having same problem with them...

My phone was acting up and I put in a claim a month ago.I spent a weekend arguing with some one who kept confusing me with another claim. A week later I was sent a loaner and after 5 days I called and they needed signature. We have a secure mail room. They sent it to my PO and another week gone. Now I get an email they have opened a new claim. No phone to call.They use a neg review scrubber on their reviews
