Stay away from these guys.They are a ripoff. They have had my phone for over 2 months and will not return it. Angelo is the guy that I have been working work. I have filed a complaint with the state insurance commissioner. Hope that they will shut these guys down. Read the other bad reviews with at BBB, Yelp, TrustPilot and other locations. Esurranty has been my insurance company for the last year. I have had 2 claims with them and both claims were for a cracked screen. The first time, I sent my phone to them an they fixed it within 2 days and sent it back. They offered to send me alone phone to use while they repaired my phone but I had an old phone so I declined. They were quick to give me a claim number. SInce i am in canada, i opted to take my phone to apple for repair and submit the reciept. I have sent half a dozen unanswered emails. It has been 3 months without any re-imbursement. Im glad i chose to bring my phone to apple myself .. it was fixed in a couple hours. Anonymous Absolutely right,they are fraud and we should complain n write about them .I having same problem with them...

My phone was acting up and I put in a claim a month ago.I spent a weekend arguing with some one who kept confusing me with another claim. A week later I was sent a loaner and after 5 days I called and they needed signature. We have a secure mail room. They sent it to my PO and another week gone.
