My daughter's phone was stolen about 2 months ago. We have been trying to get it replaced since then. The agent, Angleo, has been polite, but he has not provided the replacement. Many times, our calls (husband, daughter and me) have not been returned. When my husband has been able to speak to him, he hears "we're working on it". It has been 2 months!! They do not respond to any emails or phone calls. I sent them my iPhone 6, after several attempts to reach out I was finally notified that it was water damaged and I'd have to pay a deductible to get a new one. I responded right away and currently they have not gotten back to me in over a month now. I've left voicemails, emails, response. I was impressed with the fast service and how great everyone at Esurranty was at getting my device replaced. The process was very easy and the cost was way less than the others I've seen out there.

I lost my Iphone 6s 2 weeks ago, filed a claim, paid the deductible, upload all the document needed, After they got the money they stop answering or responding to emails. what a scammers. I was just threatened by eSurranty after I disputed their charge for a loner they never sent to me. The threatened to send me to collections. I called t post office and no one sent it. I would have got a notice. I was curious about all their great reviews like on Google. They actually don't have any there. They are on trust pilot, a company known for fake reviews written by companies like and overseas companies. Read more

My phone was acting up and I put in a claim a month ago. I spent a weekend arguing with some one who kept confusing me with another claim. A week later I was sent a loaner and after 5 days I called and they needed signature. We have a secure mail room. They sent it to my PO and another week gone. My I phone screen was crack. I paid 80 dollars to get it fix. I was ready to sell it. It's not fix correctly. I also had to pay for shipping to mail it back so it can get fix correct . I dropped my phone on a Wednesday night and it hit the corner of the table. The screen was cracked and it wouldn't turn on. Incredibly disappointed with this insurer. My iPhone 6+ was stolen - I have an official police report, a notarized copy of the documents they requested and paid my deductible promptly. It's now been 5 WEEKS since I've filed my claim and I still don't have anything to show for it.
